Overview

All herbal preparations and wellness items provided by WildBerryMind Ayurveda & Wellness are made and packaged with care. Orders are personalized following a consultation to ensure they meet your individual needs.


We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Payment Requirement: In line with our Terms of Service, herbal supplements are dispensed and dispatched only after the full bank transfer payment of your invoice has been received and cleared.

  • Timeline: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days once payment has cleared.

  • Custom Blends: As all blends are prepared to order, slight variations in timing may occur.

  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping Method & Delivery

  • Service: All parcels are sent via tracked service.

  • Delivery Times: Typically 2–5 business days within the UK, depending on location.

  • Tracking: Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: £4.50 per parcel (up to 2kg).

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £60 qualify for free shipping within the UK.

  • Local Collection: If local collection is agreed upon, no shipping fee will apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Damaged Goods: If your parcel arrives damaged, please email wbm@wildberrymind.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and contents. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.

  • Lost Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can assist you with tracking service.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Personalised Goods: Due to the bespoke nature of herbal preparations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect.

  • Safety: Your satisfaction and safety are very important to us; please contact us immediately if you have concerns about your preparations.
