Cancellations & Refunds

At WildBerryMind Ayurveda & Wellness, we value your time and ours. Our policy ensures we can continue to provide quality care to all clients:

• Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Pre-paid Appointments: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 80% of the consultation fee.

• Direct Bookings: For sessions booked via phone or email where payment was not made upfront, a late cancellation invoice for 80% of the fee will be issued for immediate payment via bank transfer.

• Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
