Terms of Service
WildBerryMind Ayurveda & Wellness (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides Ayurvedic consultations, therapies, and wellness sessions with care and professionalism. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments

Online Bookings: All appointments booked via our online system require the full consultation fee to be paid at the time of booking via card. Your appointment is only confirmed once this payment is successfully processed.

Direct Bookings (Phone/Email): If you book directly via phone or email, payment is due at the time of your consultation. We accept Cash, Card, or Bank Transfer for these sessions.

Herbal Supplements: Payments for prescribed herbal supplements are handled separately via invoice. We accept payment by Card or Bank Transfer. Herbs will be posted only after the full payment of the invoice has been received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refunds (Pre-paid): Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in an 80% refund of the consultation fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Late Cancellations (Direct Bookings): For appointments booked via phone/email where payment was intended at the session, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be invoiced for 80% of the consultation fee, payable immediately via bank transfer.

Emergencies: We understand that emergencies can happen—please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your booking.
3. Health & Safety

Information Sharing: Clients must share any relevant health information, medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to the session.

Scope of Practice: Ayurvedic services are complementary and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Medical Consultation: Always consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your medication or healthcare routine.
4. Confidentiality

Privacy: All personal and health information shared during consultations is treated in strict confidence.

Data Security: Records are stored securely and only accessed by WildBerryMind Ayurveda & Wellness for professional purposes.
5. Professional Policies

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to proceed (e.g., undisclosed health conditions, intoxication, or disrespectful behavior).

Late Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to ensure fairness to other clients. The full session fee will still apply.
6. Changes & Updates
WildBerryMind Ayurveda & Wellness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
